By registering an account, you declare and warrant that:

Account Registration

Account Verification (KYC)
22be applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the identity of all players. You may be asked to submit identity documents at the point of registration, prior to your first withdrawal, following a large transaction, or at any other time at 22be's discretion. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested may result in your account being restricted or suspended.
Accepted verification documents typically include:
- National Identity Card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission.
- Valid passport.
- Driving licence issued by a recognised authority.
- Utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months as proof of address.

Account Credentials

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the name on the funding source does not match the name on your 22be account — are not permitted and will be returned where possible.

Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are processed within approximately 30 minutes under normal operating conditions, subject to identity verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements being satisfied. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment account verified in your name. 22be reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
- Withdrawals requested before KYC verification is complete will be held pending document submission.
- Withdrawals may be delayed if 22be has reasonable grounds to investigate the legitimacy of the transaction.
- 22be reserves the right to deduct processing fees from withdrawal amounts in exceptional circumstances, which will be communicated in advance.
Currency and Conversion
All player balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). If you fund your account using a payment method denominated in another currency, the conversion will be handled by your payment provider at their prevailing rate. 22be bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion charges applied by third-party payment providers.
Bonuses & Promotions
22be offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. General Bonus Conditions
- All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
- Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Unmet bonus funds expire at the end of this period.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a registered player on the 22be platform, you agree to use the platform lawfully, ethically, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and permanent closure of your account:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or at any subsequent point.
- Using the platform if you are under the age of 18.
- Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under another identity.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.

- Harassing, abusing, or threatening 22be staff or other players via any communication channel.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 22be platform or any of its component software.
22be monitors platform activity using automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any account flagged for suspicious activity may be suspended pending investigation. During any investigation, withdrawals from the account may be withheld. 22be will cooperate fully with relevant authorities in the event of criminal conduct.
Account Suspension & Closure
22be reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 22be determines in its reasonable discretion that any of the following apply:
- A breach of any provision of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
- The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
- The account has been used in connection with fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
- 22be is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
- The account has been dormant for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login activity.
Voluntary Closure
Players may close their accounts at any time by contacting 22be at [email protected] and requesting account closure. Any verified account balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and the satisfaction of any active bonus wagering obligations.
Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that they need a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted to [email protected]. Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for 12 or more consecutive months. 22be will attempt to contact the registered email address before applying any dormancy fee. A monthly dormancy administration fee may be deducted from dormant account balances, up to a maximum of the balance itself. No negative balance will result from dormancy fees. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any required reverification steps.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 22be, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the 22be platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of funds or winnings resulting from technical failures, server downtime, or network interruptions beyond the reasonable control of 22be.
- Loss arising from a palpable error in a posted betting price, market, or game display, where such error is corrected by 22be in accordance with these Terms.
- Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arises from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
- Any delay in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or banking institutions.
- Loss of data, profit, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from or related to the use of the 22be platform.
22be's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total net deposits made to your account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 22be's liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
